I am going to a show this Saturday evening at Schubas and am looking for something casual & cheap but particularly tasty. Any suggestions?

Cooper's and Joey's Brickhouse are both good spots. There's also a pizza place right on the corner of Belmont and Southport, but I've never been there.

There are some recommendations near Schuba's in the topic at www.chowhound.com/topics/444139 (including Sapore di Napoli, the pizza place at Belmont and Southport that Josh mentions).

Anything other than the turkish less bar food and/or italian? Not looking for pizza and sandwiches. I have been to analous moroccan before and it was great...something in that vein. Thanks for the suggestions thus far!

Just eat at Schubas, it isn't bad, and you can't get any closer. I think they call it the Harmony Grille?
