Last I was there, in 2005, I ate as many bowls as I could stand of the chasiu miso ramen at stand #3, Keyaki Ramen (I also have eaten at the mind-blowing original in Sapporo). The museum's website English version says that Keyaki is still represented at the museum, but I thought they rotated vendors annually. Does anyone know from a recent visit whether Keyaki is still there? And what was your favorite vendor there?

Unfortunately, my last trip was not so well planned so I ended up with just one bowl so I can't really help you out.

They do now offer smaller size bowls so you should be able to sample just about all of them if you plan well, good luck.

Yes, Keyaki is still there and great as ever. I was there last month and thought Hachiya was the best, but they are all good. Feel free to read about my trip on my blog.
