Toddler Bday Party w/ Snacks for Adults & Kids

I am hosting a bday party away from my house next weekend. I want to make some nice snacks for a mid-morning to early afternoon party. Any great ideas for this. Especially if the items need minimal or no refrigeration. Thanks.

Since it's mid-morning to early afternoon, I would think breakfast/brunch foods. You could do mini-quiches or fritatas cut into wedges, a fruit salad and pastries/breads.

Or you could do a spread with bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, etc. If you want to keep it "snacky," serve mini-bagels.

Tea sandwiches would work as well -- make a variety, with chicken salad, egg salad, smoked salmon, etc., cut into quarters.

Edamame in the shell are always a huge hit with kids at parties we have-boiled and salted, then they can sit at room temp no problem.

Hummus also holds well and kids and adults both like it-toddlers love anything that they can dip.
