Cavalo nero - Lacinato Kale

Can anyone here provide me with a definitive answer?

What, if any, is the difference between these plants? I've looked online and almost all sources indicate that Cavalo Nero and Lacinato Kale are the same thing - what the Tuscans call 'black cabbage'. But I've heard others say that they most certainly are not the same thing.

I'd like to grow Cavalo but can only find seeds for Lancinato Kale.

TIA
