Black Beans In France?

mcdon Feb 16, 2008 09:57 AM

Hello all. I live in Grenoble and I'm searching desperately for black beans. I can't find them dry or canned at any store. If anyone has any tips, I'd be much obliged.

In Paris, you can get them at Tang Freres or Paris Store, the chinese supermarkets.

Try an open air or covered market. Sometimes the stands that sell dried fruits, spices, olives and that sort of thing have a good range of dried beans.
