Best Place for Lobster in the City

I've seen a few threads on reviews of lobster rolls but wondering if anyone has suggestions for a great lobster. I'm dating a girl who is a huge fan and would like to take her somewhere nice to enjoy one. Thanks

My favorite lobster is Francisco's Centro Vasco on West 23rd between 6th and 7th ave. They give you an index card with all of the sizes that they have for the night (I usually go for a 3 pounder, around $60 or so). They have great sides too, especially the chips. You've got to get it broiled though, with their breadcrumbs, it's my favorite meal in the city - with a pitcher of sangria.

how are the prices now compared to later in the year?
Also, are the other dishes other than lobster any good?
      Thanks!

I usually go with some friends, split some lobsters, paella, shrimp ajilo, baked clams, their chips are amazing, great sangria. I haven't been in several months so I can't comment on the pricing now unfortunately, give em a call.
