Long shot - finding Alto Grande in NYC
I got hooked on Alto Grande coffee while visiting Puerto Rico last year and am hoping that there's a market in NYC where I might find some. (There certainly isn't in Boston.) We need a fix, man! Can you help out? :-)

Alto Grande is indeed awesome. When I used to drink coffee, would pick up a lot of canisters in Puerto Rico about once a year. Have you tried any of the markets in East Harlem? I think that's where a lot of Puerto Ricans in Manhattan are located.

I don't live in NY (visit occasionally from Boston) and probably won't get to East Harlem this weekend, but will check into that in the future. I did find that Balducci's carries Yauco Selecto. At this point I'd be happy with any coffee from PR - Tres Picachos was good too. Thanks for the tip!
