Favorite Dishes/Cooking Classes at Two?
My huband and I are having dinner with friends here on Saturday night. Any suggestions on what to try or avoid? I haven't been here since the change from Hawthorne Lane.
Also, any feedback on the cooking classes? They look fun (assuming you can get in).
I often crave their spaghetti with sea urchin and the raviolo with egg and bacon (pancetta? guanciale?). The raviolo is like an inside-out carbonara.
My wife and I ate at Two on Tuesday night (the 12th) and very much enjoyed the whole experience. Alas they were out of the sea urchin, so we didn't get to try that dish. We did like the broiled oysters and the iron pan chicken. The standout dishes of our meal were the lady apple salad and the scallops. Both were very well balanced and just delicious. A side of roasted winter squash was warming and flavorful.
