What to order at Crispo?

Taking my girlfriend there tonight, and I've never been there before. I know theres a lot of you that dig this place, so i was wondering what would you would suggest ordering.

FYI im veg, but my girlfriend is not. So suggestions in both departments are warmly welcomed and will undoubtedly be rewarded with karmic retribution

thanks alot!

Dinner was great! Had the pappardelle w/ porcini which was right up my alley. my girl had the the ricotta gnocchi with duck and said she could die after her meal.

wait staff was really nice. but IMO, the music was pretty bad. ha! im such a snob.

will definity go again. when i feel like getting stuffed to the brim.

thank you all again for the help!

In addition to what others have recommended, they also make great salads.

For veg, one of my favorite pastas is the pappardelle w/wild mushroom ragu. For your girlfriend, carbonara and spaghetti and meatballs are great. Bone marrow too, but it's a big portion for 1 person.

Oh wow, it's all good! They've changed the menu since I went, but definitely get the sausage stuffed sage leaves, and a salumi tasting. I was a bit disapointed with the bone marrow (I guess there were just suggestions for your carnivorous gf....). The caponata is good, too.

Their pasta is delicious. The portions are generous, so don't go crazy ordering, unless you want to end up stuffed like a sage leaf '-)

Risotto Balls, Mozzarella Fritta (amazing), Bufala Mozzarella, Basil & Balsamic, Butternut Tortelloni "Zucca" Roast Chestnuts (my veg friend likes this), and Spaghetti Shrimp Fra Diavola.
There are a lot of other great options, but those are my picks. Have a great time!
