Sushi near Wang Theater?

I know it's slim pickings in the area, but I'm looking to have sushi before Friday night ballet at the Wang Theater. It's a special request of my mom, so I want to make her happy.

The other option is Troquet or Avila. Any thoughts on either?

I haven't eaten sushi in that area for a while but when I used to, I always went to Ginza in Chinatown. I think the food is good and reasonably priced. Their makis aren't the most innovative, in terms of types and taste, but they're still good.

Second Ginza. It's worth few extra blocks walk.

I know that Montien has a sushi menu. Since I haven't eaten their sushi myself, I can't comment on the quality, but other food I've had there has been good.

Montien's sushi is very good. Not quite the assortment of some places but high quality.
