Hey there -- I'm in search of shokupan, the Japanese version of white sandwich bread. Anyone know of any Asian bakeries where I could get this? Thanks.

  1. The Japanese markets carry them. Where are you? In LA? OC?

    1. Pretty much all of the Asian Bakeries carry that.

Frances Bakery in Little Tokyo has it.

      1. Mitsuwa Market on the corner of Centinela and Venice Blvd.

        1. yes, mitsuwa's bread is baked on premises in many of their stores. i find their bread and baked goods to be of better quality than nijiya's.
