Where do you buy fine heavy cream that has not been subjected to the dread ultrapasteurization?

  1. Agreed on UHT. Try Whole Foods Market. Some of the tangential mass market dairies also make non-UHT cream, you just have to read the labels closely.

    1. Trader Joe's sells heavy cream that's labeled as pasteurized, not ultrapasteurized.
