Nduja in Boston??

Hey all!
Wondering if anyone knows where i can pick up some Nduja. Before I trek out to the North End, I just want to make sure the stores carry it.
Thanks!

  1. Anyone got any insight on this? I'd also love to try some nduja if it's available around here.

With this article on ndjuda in today's New York Times reminding me of the quest:

I once again raise the question - anyone got any idea where to find some in or around Boston?

      Thanks!

Good call, Garth406! Will definitely pick some up there.

    2. I have seen it at Moody's Deli in Waltham.

I've bought it at Moody's. Tasty but VERY capsaicin-hot. Though I've read that it's traditionally used more like a condiment than a stand-alone food so that makes sense.

      2. I just noticed that Foodies in the South End carries La Quercia nduja. I imagine that's the same product Coppa puts on its occasional special of nduja pizza, which I had the other night, very nice.

I need to plan a time to go to Coppa and have the nduja pizza. One of my favorite dining memories from Rome was eating at Acchiappifantasmi (Ghost Busters) and having a pizza with nduja and calabrian salami.

        2. Formaggio in Cambridge carries a Nduja made by Salumeria Biellese. It is f***ing awesome!

          1. Cutty's had some nudja the last time I was there (a few weeks ago), I believe.
