Alessio has 3 other locations in the West Valley that get pretty good reviews. Their Simi Valley location is new but what little I've heard has been positive.

If you are put this way Simi Valley has a great restaurant catering to the Cajun food lovers called La Louisianne Express. It doesn't look like much but give this place a chance; you will be won over with the food and charm of this place.

If you're going to the Town Center I like Limon. I seem to be in a minority opinion on that though. I reviewed Red Fish here and the short version is that it's just o.k. in my view. The rest of the Town Center and most of S.V. is filled with chains.
If you like Thai there is a pretty good place in a strip mall on the southeast corner of L.A. Ave. and Sequoia.
