Reign in Beverly Hills

I've read the LA times review. I was curious if any Chowhounds had eaten there.
I've been there three times. The first two times we had great experiences, the last time we had a waiter who was disinterested at best but the food was still good. It is definately a "scene" and you can expect a little attitude, but for me that's part of the fun of going to a hip restaurant. The food is upscale southern and very good. I would recommend the smothered pork chops, ribs, or fried chicken. As appetizers the fried green tomatoes were excellent. I found the desserts to be sub-par especially the peach cobbler which you would think would be good in a place like that. I would definately recommend it for the food and the experience.
I'm confused. I went there a year ago (maybe two), yet the review says it opened in May. Has Reign moved? Or is the reviewer inaccurate? (My friend drove & I live in SF so I would have no idea if the Reign I went to was in Beverly Hills.)
Anyway, when I went it was great. I'm from the south so I really enjoyed the cleaned-up southern food. It was definitely a scene - people watching people people watch, if you know what I mean. It was very stylish, very "LA" to my naive SF eyes.
I've eaten there more than a few times... The food is always great (one exception - fried chicken is too salty). During my most recent visit I was lucky enough to catch their Sweet Potato Cheesecake. All I can say is WOW!
