Cranberry = Borlotti = Romano?
I'm trying to figure out if these beans are all the same type. I love 'romano' beans, but barely hear anything about them outside of Toronto/Canada. Meanwhile, I hear a lot about 'cranberry' beans in US sources, but have never seen them here.
And I threw borlotti in the mix, because they look similar as well. Can anyone set me straight? :) Thanks!
