Alton Brown's Extra Strong Garlic Powder?
I remember a couple of years ago a show with Alton Brown (It must have been Good Eats but may have been some sort of special) where he refers to an extra strong garlic powder called something like HV20 Garlic Powder. At the time I looked it up online saw I was able to order it (from The Spice House I believe) I meant to order it, but never did. Now I want it and can't find it anywhere, probably because I don't remember the correct name of it, I'm just googaling "extra strong garlic"
I remember when this episode aired there was mention of it on Chowhound so I did a search here on these boards too, but no luck.
