Ford Center and Suite Service?

Have any of you added the Suite Service to your Broadyway in Chicago ticket at the Ford Center?

I am wondering how the food and drink are and what to expect.

Going to see Wicked in a couple weeks.

WIfe and sisters took mom. Suite Service added $120.

"Light hors d’oeuvres" were not even of Costco quality and "drinks" were step up from 'well' but no way they couldn't have done better at Petterino's.

Private "no waiting" bathroom was not even needed as the "standard" bathrooms are not overly crowded.

Do they allow drinks in the theater, or in the lobby? Is Suite Service the only way to get a glass of wine before the show and during intermission?

I believe there is wine available pre-show and intermission, but I can't comment on the quality/variety.
