They probably need a BBQ joint and some nondescript bars before the Koreanification is complete, but I'm all for a new soon tofu joint on the Westside. My UCLA buddies, especially, will embrace the fact that they don't have to swim down the ocean of traffic on Wilshire Boulevard just for a bowl of soup.

For soon tofu there is also the bizarrely-named but not-bad "Asian-Ya Soy Boy Tofu House," at Gateway & Barrington.
And a BBQ joint has just opened up, a little further south on Sawtelle at National. http://www.chowhound.com/topics/482993 (And you can even get bing su nearby, at Sepulveda & National).
