boneless duck?
I went to a local restaurant lately and they served boneless duck.. It was a half a duckling boneless. I can find NO recipes with duck prepared this way, but my boyfriend has been talking about it for years yet this is the first time i've seen it. I would really love to get a recipe for valentine's dinner, I know it would make his day.

You can buy a boneless roast half duck in many grocery stores. I work at a duck company that sells this product under the Maple Leaf Farms brand to many restaurants and grocery stores. It's difficult to remove the bones from a roasted duck -- that's why many restaurants buy this product. The roast half duck is plain, so you can add any seasoning or sauce to it.
