Best place in Valley to propose on Valentine's day

Need some good ideas for someone close to me (dear son). Money no object, just good ideas. Thinking the patio at the Santuary, Maybe Patio at Lon's, at brunch at Wrigley's Mansion. Any good ideas out there?

  1. Quiessence has a table that is offset from all the others, the location of the table is out front, off to the side all by itself....I have never been to the Different Pointe of View and Claudio's menu will not be in full swing until March 1, but they are doing some sort of tasting that night and the view is supposed to be nice?

    1. re: Molto E

I used to live right below the Different Pointe of View, used to be a nice place. I did not think of Quiessence, will give him that suggestion, thanks!

    2. The Royal Palms is a beautiful place with many unique "hidden" courtyards/nooks, good for a suprise proposal. Their restaurant, T Cooks, is usually well reviewed.

What brought them to mind, however, is that they actually have a Director of Romance who is an expert in these things. It might be worth exploring what ideas he has to elevate the experience. Let us know!

      1. Any of those or tastyjon's suggestion of Royal Palms are all perfect. The one at Quiessence sounds like a great idea, but I'd be willing to bet foie gras to french fries that the particular table Molto is talking about has already been reserved for the 14th very well in advance. Which ever one you choose, move quickly; Valentine's Day is one of the biggest days of the year in the restaurant industry.

I would agree with JK on that table being reserved though perhaps a bribe to move the reso could be worked for foie gras to french fries, how about fries fried in a foie gras fat mix-that sounds good?
