Cassoulet in Portland?

No sun, wind, cold, snowstorm after snowstorm. Weather has got me thinking about cassoulet. Does any restaurant in the area serve a good one?
Fore Streeet used to, but I haven't seen it there for a while.

Well, I guess I got my answer! Hey, Portland restaurants put it on your menu, I'll come eat it! I've never tried it at home, seems like a project to make. Does anyone have a locally available recipe?

Another branch of this conversation could be whose serving winter comfort foods in Portland.

I noticed that they had cassoulet for sale at The Cheese Iron the other day. It was in the cooler, for reheating at home. (I didn't try it, however.)
