Bday dinner tomorrow night

I am taking out my bf for dinner. He loves steak, so I decided to make reservation at Frankie's and Johny's steak house in Rye. We have been to TallGate, so I don't want to go there, and most reviews said that F & J is better then Wallace. So I guess we will give a try to F&J. I know that it's located in a nice area of Rye. Would anyone recommend a place that place life music with drinks for after dinner? I have 9pm reservation. And if you still can recommend even better steakhouse, I am all ears!!!
ps. I tried to get reservation to go to X2O at Xaviers but they are booked!
