Exchange St. Cafe, Pawtucket RI, Polish?
Has anyone been to the Exchange St. Cafe in Pawtucket? I heard its a Polish restaurant, but I can't seem to find much information about them on the net. (One review site says its French, so I am confused!)
I'd love to know of any other "sit-down" Polish, Ukrainian or Russian restaurants in Providence area... if they exist, they are probably just little hole-in-the-wall places that get advertized by word of mouth! nothing wrong with that, as long as the food is great! ;)

I saw a Projo listing list it as Polish with these hours:
Exchange St. Café, 49 Exchange St. 722-5530. Mon-Fri 6:30 am-7 pm; Sat 6:30 am-4 pm.I'd also love to know about Polish/Ukranian/Russian restaurants - good call.

There's no table service -- it's a counter-service breakfast and lunch place. They're not exclusively Polish, but the owner is and makes a few good Polish dishes, notably a really nice Kale soup. The food is always good and the service excellent if what you're looking for is a quick, unpretentious bite.

I've never been, so I can't recommend for or against, but the ProJo's round-up of ethnic restaurants in the Blackstone Valley does list it as a Polish restaurant:

A quick Google search also turned up a mention of them serving pierogis at the A Taste of Pawtucket event.
