Anyone know where to find this in the bay area (preferably EB)? I used to buy it at the Cheesemaker's Daughter in Sonoma, but now that they're closed, I don't know where to get it. I know that Cheeseworks in Alameda distributes it, so I'm guessing it should be available locally.

  1. I get it from Pacific Gourmet, a "gourmet foods" distributor for restaurants, etc. But even when i have not be in a restaurant, per se, I have been able to buy from them direct. You just need to go there and pick up with cash. They are a small company but they have a large warehouse.

You may also try asking your local favorite pastry chef to buy you some.

I AM my "local favorite pastry chef", which is why I need the cocoa!

    2. I couldn't find a Pacific Gourmet site but these people seem to have it.

Or had it. Are they still in business?

      Then there is Amazon.
