I am looking for authentic, more traditional tapas in manhattan or an outer borough. I don't care about atmosphere, I care about tasting the Spanish love in the food. Any thoughts?
Agree about Las Ramblas. I hate to tell too many people since it is a small place, but....
i think the tapas at boqueria are very tasty. a bit more posh in decor than your classic tapas joint, but plenty of spaniards working there at least.
i was just at Euzkadi on 4th street. basque yuminess
I disagree. I thought the food was pretty mediocre at Euzkadi.

LAS RAMBLAS on w4th st in the village is just the ticket for that.
