Romeo's Pizza in Pasadena?

I've been invited to lunch at Romeo's Pizza in Pasadena on Colorado blvd (at San Gabriel blvd) but have never heard of the place. Curious to know if anyone has tried the pizza here. Thanks in advance!

Used to order take-out from there. The pizza..... well, it's pizza. It won't be the best around, but it won't be the worst either. I wouldn't hesitate to order take-out from there, but if you're looking for the best pizza around I would head down to Petrillo's.

Not great, not bad - my favorite there is a cheese pizza, plus ricotta, with the oil / garlic sauce rather than red sauce. Oh, my S/O likes the sausage sandwich, IIRC.

Service is always friendly - not a lot of atmosphere and only a few tables, but not a bad place at all. Parking can be tight in that lot - if it's bad, just drive down San Gabriel a couple of feet and park in the Washington Mutual / Guitar Center lot.

I agree, not great, not bad. I have ordered delivery from them a few times. I like the antipasto salad, too.
