Cheese steak lovers in Bakersfield.
I can highly recommend PHIL-A-DELIS on Ming Avenue. It opened several years ago by two sisters from Wilmington Delaware. The steaks are great.
The sisters sold the restaurant and moved back to Wilmington recently and the new owner has made some changes in the ingredients but he will make it anyway you remember them.
Again, they are great!!
