Rack for the All-Clad 4 qt. braiser?
Anyone find a round rack for the bottom of this? I would like to keep meat off the bottom without using carrots and celery to make a rack. The new French braiser sold by WS has a rack, and I might exchange the 4q. braiser for that pan if I can't find one. I've looked at cooling racks but they seem too flimsy. Any other ideas?

I don't use a rack in mine when I use it as a roaster.
Off the top of my head I think both the Cuisipro detachable roasting rack or the smaller Calphalon roasting rack would fit.
I'd definitely take a tape measure to the store with you to ensure that the rack is not larger than the pan's surface area.
