Thanksgiving Restaurant Recommendations, please.

Its November and I realized that I should be on the hunt for a restaurant. I would like to take my boyfriend's mother + family somewhere nice this year. Where have other Chowhounds gone in the past? Does anyone know any specifics about the Thanksgiving specials at Border Grill and Campanile?? If it doesn't work out I could always buy a pumkin [pumpkin] pie and try earlier next year.
One of the finer LA restaurants that always puts on a special Thankgiving dinner is La Cachette in Century City. The link below will give you additional information, (out of Food and Beverage magazine), on what they have done in the past. Normally the LA Times will publish a list of restaurants doing special dinners, but didn't notice it in todays Calendar section.
In the past I have had Thanksgiving dinner at Patina and the Bel Air Hotel- both memorable and recommended. In general all hotels offer holiday dinner. Try calling a few notable ones for the best menu.
Today the Calendar section of the LA Times covered quite a few Turkey Day options for dining out. Here is the link, in case you don't get the Times. The bottom of the write up also says that they will be listing more choices in next Thursday's Calendar.
