Must order at Spago - Lunch?

Coming to LA for 4 days in a week and have lunch reservations at Spago before the Kings game on the 18th, as well as a few other places for other nights. I'm going with 3 other people who aren't exactly the world's most adventurous eaters and as such will not be able to get the tasting menu. With that said, what are the 'must haves' on the menu for lunch time to truly experience Puck's cuisine? I certainly prefer seafood > chicken > beef/lamb/etc but am open to anything.

i don't really like the blini...

    J Gold likes the hummus.

im more of a seafood and appetizer size portion person, so i like the crab cake, the sashimi, the blini, and the endive veggie salad.

being a mushroom nut, i also think the omelette is tasty.

i've heard his schnitzel is good; despite being renown for his pizza, i've never been blown away by any i've tated.

Not the most adventurous suggestion, but the Caesar salad comes with these little toast things that have the most amazing topping on them. YUM. YUM.

On the other hand, the pesto shrimp pizza was good, but not amazing - I would order something different next time.

Those little sushi cone appetizers, yum.

Too bad you can't get the tasting menu, it's the best way to go!
