ATL (Mableton, Smyrna) prepared meals

Hi fellow hounds! Texas hound drifting over to your board.. :).

I need some help. I need to find a place with great prepared meals (for a family who is in and out of home, medical problems). I've used Super Suppers here in Dallas, but was not that impressed.

Is there something similar in town, aside from Super Suppers? The meals can either be prepped (but not cooked) or freezable.

Perhaps a local store that has frozen casseroles? I appreciate any help!

Thank you so much.

  1. I'm not sure how close in to the city you are, but Goldberg's Bagels has casseroles and soups in their freezer case by the door. They're decent, and my in-law's get them when company stays more than 1 night to feed the group. Anyway, the closest one to this area is on West Paces Ferry right off of I-75.
In Ivy Walk in Smyrna/Vinings Dinner A'Fare has opened. I haven't tried it, but it's one of those places where you can prep and freeze meals - not casseroles. This might be a good choice for you to stock up several dinners.
