Clementine closed for remodeling

I walked by last night and noticed some major remodeling going on.

The Chron reported in December that Didier Labbé had sold the place to Chapeau's Philippe Gardelle and that he hoped to reopen in February.

      It will be interesting to see what they do with both places, although I'm sad that both Phillipe and Ellen won't be in the same place.
