Quiet Restaurant in south Westchester

Looking for a restaurant with good food (Italian preferred) in White Plains, Larchmont, Scarsdale, Eastchester area where I can eat with my elderly parents on a weekend and where we can get a relatively quiet table (both have difficulty hearing). Any suggestions?

Not Italian, but Halstead Ave Bistro in Harrison usually has a conversation-friendly sound level and, despite some negative comments by others here a few months ago, is still, in my opinion, usually quite good.
