CIA San Antonio

Does anyone know anything about the new CIA campus in San Antonio? I'd like to take a professional development course and am torn between the course offerings in San Antonio and the cool courses and setting in Napa.

My understanding is that the focus of the campus in San Antonio is on "Foods of the Americas," with an emphasis on Latin American Cuisines. The SA campus is new, so the offerings are more limited than at Greystone or Hyde Park. It all depends on what you are looking for.
