Gitlo's Again for the Not So Super Bowl
Picked up from Gitlo's yesterday; food was great, game sucked! Got har gau, scallop shu mai, cantonese dumplings and taro spring rolls; har gau, large and plum with lots of shrimp; cantonese dumplings really delicious; spring rolls very good; least favorite was the shu mai, still good but not outstanding. One minor but excusable irritant, placed order on Saturday to pick up on Sunday at 2:30, ended up having to wait an additional 25 minutes because hostess/waitress accidentally gave away some of what was intended for me to some of the diners in the restaurant; she explained this to me and felt terrible by the mistake.

Inbound side of Brighton Ave at the Harvard Ave corner, about two storefronts down from Blanchards and Harpers Ferry. It used to be V Majestic, a mediocre Vietnamese place that had been there for ages.
