Please share what you substitute for milk in your coffee. I've been using soy milk, edensoy organic plain, but I think too much soy may not be a good thing. Is there any alternative that's completely innocuous, or that has the same amount of protein without reports of raising estrogen production :) ??
I tried almond milk this morning, pretty watery and dissapointing. I also like to heat the "miik" for my coffee.

How much "milk" are you using? Is it really enough to worry about? Also, it would help to make the right recommendation to know the reason you're not using regular milk -- the calories about about the same, IIRC.

My breast clinic specialist said that products made with natural soy (like regular soy milk, tofu, etc are fine.) She recommended to avoid anything with the added soy isolates which are too concentrated. So I wouldn't worry about a little bit of soy milk in coffee.
