Any experience with dining room at NAIT in Edmonton?

I have always wanted to try this, but not sure who to contact, how much cheaper it is, or if it is even still open... anyone been there who can enlighten me? Thanks in advance!

Ernest's is a place which I have intended to try but have never got around to actually going. No one I know has gone recently but whenever I do see a reference to it [usually in one of those community free newspapers like See et. al.] the reviews are positive.

I just googled them and the dinner menu I read would certainly be something I would enjoy if the students carried the food prep off.

Let us know if you go.

    1. Lisa,

I've been there twice but it's been at least 3 years since I was last there. It was a great dining experience. The plating and presentation is fantastic and the food was also quite good.

I used to work at NAIT and the dining room was easily the best fringe benefit. I would highly reccommend it. Try the Friday lunch buffet. The last time I went, it was spectacular for the price -- seafood including sushi appetizers, a couple of hot entrees (including bison quite often) and great desserts.

It is only open during the school year, so it is a good thing to call ahead.
