New York-style COLD SESAME NOODLES in L.A.???

Hi! I'm an ex-New Yorker who's been jonesing for those cold sesame noodles which are so ubiquitous in New York City's Chinese restaurants. About 4 or 5 years ago, there was a booth at the "taste of L.A." festival which served them just right.

Unfortunately, I don't remember who's booth it was, but but I could never find the restaurant at the time and think it no longer exists, anyway.

Anyone out there know where I can find my noodles? Maybe a suggestion in Monterey Park???

Thanks, Steve

  1. Here is one link from an earlier discussion. For you, and all of the others who are new, go to the main chowhound page and use the seach feature. I would be willing to guess that whatever your inquiry, it's been discussed here before to some degree of depth. Welcome and good chowing.
