Beef Short Ribs

One of my fave winter dishes is a meal of Beef Short Ribs.

I recently read a restaurant review for Mistura in one of the Toronto papers.

Any other suggestions???

        Not so much a resto reco but
        This past summer I was (am) in LOVE with the beef rib in the pusateri's prepared food counter...
        i tried Atelier Thuet's as well but it wasn't as good.

            second l'unita.
            i don't eat beef by my so hasn't stopped talking about them since we went there last sat.
