Abalone Store that Cooks it for you

Hi,

My father and I were watching ATV last night. On the show, there was a restaurant that sold dried abalone that would also cook it for you if requested. However, we did not see the name of the store. Does anyone know of the name and address?

Thanks in advance!

I don't think I know a restaurant that does it (perhaps it's somewhere traditionally high-so like Sun Tung Lok??) but I do know a good Chinese 'gourmet' shop in Causeway Bay that sells it - it's on Yiu Wah St., i.e. a couple of streets behind the back entrance of Times Sq. I'm sorry I can't remember what it's called, but the street is really short, you'll def find it. They also sell Cantonese tonic soups (lo four tong) and all sorts of Chinese delicacies.
