Restuarants near Music Center for Tues. 10/16

I searched and dug up some posts from Dec. of 2000 regarding places near the Music Center , but didn't see that much discussed. I'll be at the Mark Taper tomorrow night, and would like to dine nearby. I've been to the Water Grill (wonderful), but don't know of much else. A shuttle service to the Music Center is preferable, but not required. Thanks in advance!
The Shuttle Service is really terrific as you only have to pay for parking once. I'm not sure what other restaurants it serves but two that I know if are Engine Co. 28 and Ciao Trattoria.
I like Engine Co. 28 for basic comfort food (meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cobbler etc) in a clubby, comfortable atmosphere. The service has always been very good.
Ciao is a decent italian place. I've only had lunch there, so I can't comment on dinner, but I've found the food good at reasonable prices. I'm not a wine drinker, so I can't speak to the wine lists at either place.
Have a good time at the show!
Different suggestions --(Ciao is pretty mediocre in my book -- & although I have been to Engine Co. many times for dinner, lunch, & takeout, I find the service pretty bad, it is super noisy, and the food is just okay.)
Cafe Pinot, 700 W. 5th Street, 213-239-6500. The setting outside of the Central Library is beautiful and relaxing and the food is typical of Joachim Splichal.
Ciudad - 445 S. Figueroa, corner of 5th & Figueroa. Diverse south of the border food, good bar. If you are in a rush the "happy hour" tapas menu is great.
