What to Eat at Po

Got a last minute reservation at Po due to a cancelation. What do you all recommend from the menu? Thanks

    Grilled guinea hen. It has the perfect ratio of meat/fat/crispy skin.

      chinook, hope this post is not too late. We went in December for the first time. Everything was good. Two of our favorites were the fresh marinated anchovies, leeks and toasted barley app. and the dark chocolate terrine with amaretti sorranon vin santo and espresso caramel dessert. The sauce was "plate licking" good. The terrine was fine, nothing special.
