Looking for a new tossed green salad
Hi all!
I'm looking for some new ideas for (a) tossed green salad (s).
I've been mixing greens with gorgonzola crumbles, dried cranberries, sliced almonds .....
Also been making Giada's Tuscan salad:
8 ounces green beans, cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 red onion, cut into slivers
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 ounce shaved Parmesan (about 1/2 cup)
Any new ideas you all can share? Thanks so much!

That Tuscan salad sounds good!
With so many great oranges in season this might be a good one for you to try. Fresh fennel, oranges, good green olives, some salt, pepper and olive oil. Really delicious.

I'm loving the citrus these days.
