The sandwich stand on Andrews, just S of Sunrise. West hand side, next to the car lot. Best.

I guess it's Las Colinas? I'm not sure, it pretty much just says "Cuban Sandwiches" on the front. It's easy to spot, it has a bright red awning and parking in back with really cool indie artwork all over it. It has bar stools that pull up to a counter in front, and that's it. The garlicky, house-roasted pork coupled with the thick pressed ham is what makes the sandwich. The woman that owns it is the only one behind the counter, and she plays telemundo all day. She makes a really good salsa with tomatoes, onions, and jalepenos that I usually ask for to slather all over my sandwich. They do serve other stuff too - really good chicken sandwiches, platos de dia that are usually like ropa vieja or some other cuban dish with beans and rice, and breakfast, which I've never had.
Anyway, it's the only restaurant in the vicinity, so you can't miss it. It's right between a used car lot and an empty lot on the West side of Andrews Ave., about 50 feet South of the intersection of Sunrise and Andrews.
