Smoked Fish in the GTA?

I went to Ted Peter's Famous Smoked Fish in St. Pete's in November, and I CANNOT get that meal out of head!!!!! It was so incredibly simple and delicious, and I truly dream about it.

Does anyone know a place that smokes its own fish in the GTA? (Even Scarborough is closer than Florida!!!!!)

Kristapson's smokes Atlantic salmon, trout, and Ontario whitefish. Yonge north of Lawrence or the main shop on Queen east. You see their product all over, but it's half the cost if you buy direct.

Try North Fish, corner of SixPoint+Shawbridge, east of Kipling, south of the TTC Dundas overpass.

Milbree Viking on Laird between eglinton and millwood. Finnish family with smokehouse in back. My fav smoke salmon, trout and whitefish in TO, even better than Kristapsons IMHO. Great bacon too.

i second milbreee viking... they have amazing cold smoked salmon and smoke it themselves. the hot smoked salmon is also pretty good, though i prefer cold smoked.

Milbree-Viking has smoked eel too, although I've never tried it.

I love Viking's smoked whitefish and their savory meat patties, I get them whenever I am at Gyro getting the car serviced. If you can get the patties while they're still warm.... Mmm, deelish!
