Fressen is lovely for dinner (pricey by vegetarian standards). Great atmosphere. Fressen actually means to eat like an animal (a pig) in German, which is a great name for a vegi resto.
If you want to eat something for lunch, there is a persian influenced restaurant (a rather hidden gem) that has great great food. It's near Yonge and Bloor, article about it in now a little while ago.

Had a meal at Vegetarian Haven a couple years ago, and it was surprisingly tasty even for my meat-loving self. Slightly upscale, but cozy at the same time.
http://www.vegetarianhaven.com/King's Cafe is pretty good too, though I think I prefer Bo De Duyen for Chinese. Kings definitely has nicer decor though. Feels a lot more contemporary, whereas Bo De Duyen is old school Chinese.
