My mother-in-law got me a couple of nice beer-of-the-month club deliveries for xmas. When she ordered, they told her that as of '08, Mass was newly fair game. You might want to check the facts on that, but I've been drinking some deelicious beer that had no problems getting to me through normal delivery channels (don't remember if it's USPS, UPS, or what). Of course, if you find out it's still not legal to deliver here -- uh -- I don't know nothin.

That's the best birthday present ever :)
Woody's Liquor in Somerville delivers, but I'm not sure of their radius: 523 Broadway
Somerville, MA 02145 (617) 776-7191You might want to call Downtown Liquors in Somerville/Davis Sqr. They are pretty friendly and may let you pay for the case if your nephew can pick it up (with proper ID). 225 Elm Street Somerville, MA, 02143 (617) 625-7777

Not true - Blanchards in West Roxbury, for sure, can deliver in-state only. They even have an internet order form. I think Marty's and the other big stores can do that as well, but I'm positive that Blanchards does because I've ordered wines from them from their internet specials.
