maybe just wander to oceanairre and sit at the bar & eat a bit. .. oysters and champagne aside from caviar is there anything more romantic?.... aside from Ruth Chris' there isn't much that is close that isn't on your "out"list. Not sure why you can't take a taxi to the market if you would be willing to take one up the hill as there are so many more options .. but you must have some reason.

Bambuza is right across the street from the backstage door of the P'mount and it's pretty tasty if you like Vietnamese in a little more upscale setting.

V day happens to be my birthday so we have this problem every year. that being said, i had a fabulous birthday dinner at tango 2 years ago. we ate in the bar and it was far more cozy.

my bad, i didn't clearly read the "out" part and just assumed those were places you were thinking of going.

Start looking downhill - downtown retail core, belltown. the Market. There are plenty of options on opentable.

REALLY HOPING TO STAY MUCH CLOSER (WALKING DISTANCE OR SHORT CAB RIDE) FROM THE PARAMOUNT. BELTOWN AND THE MARKET DON'T QUALIFY.
