Okay - there's 3rd and Century City. And Cafe Luxe and Intelligentsia. Where else? Anywhere in the valley? Sherman Oaks, perchance?

Bread Bar uses Eric Kayser products, non?

They use some of the breads at the sandwich shop Mendocino Farms in downtown L.A.

I think the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills features them.

Just the bread at Cheese Store of BH. You can fin the pastries at Luxxe in Santa Monica.

Lovely question. Artisan Cheese Gallery in Studio City has many of their breads, but not the pastries. The owner says he'd love to carry them but he'd eat them all if they were anywhere near him. Other than that, it's mostly hotels, and not in the valley.

The owner of Artisan is a woman, Melody.

Is she married to the co-owner?

Umm, I don't know. Melody never mentioned a co-owner. Her father or uncle works there, as does her other family. Her cheese buyer is a dashing young man, maybe you spoke to him?
